Jordan Mathews – Communications Specialist & Pianist

Jordan is currently living in Chicago and teaching piano. He graduated from Wittenberg University, where he had studied with Christopher Durrenberger. While at Wittenberg Jordan performed on many occasions including; his senior recital, accompanying other instrumentalists, accompanying the Wittenberg Choir, accompanying local schools, and playing for local churches. He has often played and sang his own arrangements of American Standards in nursing and assisted living facilities.

While living in Korea, he studied piano with Aviram Reichert and Dahye Choi. Jordan’s solo performances and recitals have taken place throughout the US and internationally. He has given recitals in Costa Rica, Carnegie Hall (American Protégé Talent Competition), and Seoul, South Korea. Jordan has regularly collaborated with other artists in recitals and events.

In his leisure he enjoys traveling, cooking, tending to plants, and reading.
